    GEEWING® series dust filter bags are the basic products of Farrleey. With more than 20 years of experience in the application of bag filters, our company has a large amount of data support for various working conditions, providing the foundation to develop different types of filtration products that meet different working conditions. Farrleey's GEEWING® series PTFE felt with PTFE membrane bags are widely applied in waste incineration, industrial hazardous waste disposal, medical waste disposal and other fields.


    Industry status and problems (flue gas system)

    After 30 years of development and exploration of waste incineration, the entire technological process, including the major unit equipment and local systems, has reached the foremost level. Among them, the flue gas system process is as follows:

    Precautions

    1. Dust leakage at the mouth of the filter bag
    The head support of the filter bag has not been reset, the naked eye feels that it has been reset, but there is actually a gap;
    2. The filter bag falls
    The misalignment of the bag head makes the filter bag lose the supporting force of the flower plate to the filter bag. During the operation, it is dropped by the pneumatic blow of compressed air;

    Supplementary points

    • Correct the demonstration picture, the PTFE membrane filter bag must use a protective sleeve and the installer must wear soft fabric gloves for installation;
    • The stitches are facing away from the air inlet;
    • Do not use heavy objects or metal objects to strike the head of the filter bag;
    • Set cages must be handled lightly, with a little rotation when placed;
    • After the installation is completed, use the packaging carton to lay the cover to avoid deforming the lead by foot;

    PTFE membrane caused by incomplete combustion of start-up fuel and inadequate pre-spraying;
    Circumvention measures
    Start the furnace and borrow the debugging filter bag;
    Increase the amount of slaked lime during the start-up phase;
